This year, Chinese New Year (CNY) falls on January 29th. Since many people travel across the country to reunite with their families, the holiday period begins earlier.

This year, the holidays run from January 25th to February 8th.

Factories will require some time to return to full operational capacity after the holidays, so it may take a few days for production to resume normally.

Order Cut-Off Dates

1. Silicone Dolls:
   • Order cut-offs range from December 31st (for AK Doll) to January 5th (for other brands).
   • Silicone dolls typically take 2 to 3 weeks to produce, with AK Doll being the slowest.
2. TPE Dolls:
   • Order cut-offs range from January 5th to January 10th.
   • Special mention for Irokebijin, which tends to be slower due to higher demand than production capacity.

What Happens If I Order During Chinese New Year?

Orders placed during the 2-week holiday period will be paused and processed in the order they were received once production resumes.

Key Point:

• All orders placed after the cut-off dates will face an additional 2-week delay.

However, dolls stored in US or European warehouses can still be shipped during the holidays. Please allow a few extra days for the staff to process these orders.
