We offer FREE worldwide shipping to any country where Sex Dolls are permitted.

However, free shipping does not include customs taxes.

We aim to ship using DDP (Delivery & Duties Paid), meaning no extra fees upon delivery, but this option isn’t available for every country or brand.

Customs Duties Worldwide

For Europe & UE

All orders are shipped using a prepaid service. Shipping and clearance typically take around 3 weeks for small packages (like a head), and 5 weeks for larger dolls.

This applies to both the EU and the UK; the only difference is the carrier.

North America

For the USA, all orders are sent duty-paid. For Canada, it varies depending on the situation.

For the USA, shipping usually takes about 2 weeks, with tracking updated once the parcel clears customs.

Australia

We can now handle customs clearance for certain brands like WM Doll and YL Doll. More brands will be added soon. If you need this service, please contact us to confirm availability.

Canada

Unfortunately, we cannot handle customs clearance for Canada, so you’ll need to cover those fees. Don’t worry—FedEx will manage the paperwork.

The Government of Canada has agreements with some provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13% or 15%. If you live in a participating province, you will pay HST instead of GST. Otherwise, it’s GST plus PST.

  • The parcel is traveling by cargo, the tracking number is not yet updated
  • The parcel is arriving at customs for clearance, at this time tracking has not yet been updated, but we can check on our end where the parcel is in the queue.
  • The parcel is cleared, the tracking number is updated and you can plan your delivery.

Custom duties
