A: All our prices imply that your doll will be shipped to your home without any additional shipping cost (remote location, special handling, or requests)
Our prices include shipping costs for FedEx or any other express company.
We are doing our best to manage the customs clearance for the USA/Europe, but you may have to pay some taxes for clearing the goods in other countries. (Usually VAT).

A: Yes we try our best to be careful and discreet as we understand the importance of our clients’ privacy. Our dolls arrive in wooden crates or cardboard boxes, depending on the model. There is no specific indication or labeling on the box that reveals the contents inside.
Your doll will be labeled “mannequin” (for customs clearance).
In case you want to make sure that you receive your doll personally, it is possible to request a picking delivery: you can request the parcel to be held in any FedEx/DHL location close to your location and you can pick it up by yourself.
A: VAT varies between countries, therefore our prices don’t include it.
Free shipping means the freight costs are included in the price, not the VAT and the clearance. FedEx/DHL will be able to assist you during the import if it happens you have import tax to pay.
For the US, all orders are import taxes free.
For European customers, most of the brands have clearance included. (The shipping + Clearance time is usually 5 weeks).
The clearance process is something very simple and you will be assisted by FedEx or DHL to do it. You also don’t need to go to the office to do it.
A: First, Realistic Love Doll is secured by a secure socket layer (SSL) connection, locked with a 2048-bit encryption key to ensure the highest level of security during your visit or checkout.
In addition, our payment by credit card is made by Paypal, the world-known secure payment website.
You can also choose to pay with a PayPal account by creating one with your email.
We never have access to any of your banking details or card details as all payments are processed in SSL and through a 3rd party bank.
A: Since our dolls are made upon your request, the production lead time is as follows:
Doll size from 65cm to 140cm: a week to 10 days.
Doll size of 155cm: 2 weeks to 3 weeks
other sizes: 2 weeks
We will redo some times the dolls if the quality does not meet our standards, but usually, all dolls are shipped within a few days after confirmation.
On new sex dolls, we can have some delay if the product is popular. Usually an extra week. You will be notified if any delay occurs.
Delivery Lead Time: The shipping is an international priority, it’s usually 1 week to 10 days for the US.
For customs clearance in Europe. As the parcel is shipped first in cargo and after handle to UPS the delivery is usually 5 weeks. (Door to door).
The clearance process is around 2 weeks, with shipping from the factory in China to Europe + customs clearance itself.
Once the parcel is cleared and released the delivery is only a few days. The UPS tracking number will be updated at this time.
A: At Realistic Love Doll, we work directly with the brand factories and offices as we are located in Asia. We meet regularly in China or Hong Kong.
Brands like WM dolls for example release for us (sellers), photo-shooting of their new products. Some scam websites will use the same pictures (or copy the one on our website) to advertise something similar but yet different!
Also, for a few years (starting in late 2106), a lot of Chinese factories have started to produce sex dolls as they see opportunities in the market.
The way they operate is simple, they copy the body of WM Dolls or any other brand (For example Z-one Dolls had to give up some design as they had too many copies on the market) and after use cheap materials. TPE used by the Jinsan factory (YL and WM dolls), is imported from Japan, the Chinese cheap factories will use recycled TPE with no traceability. As you know, TPE is a huge part of the doll, this way you can save a lot of money.
WM Dolls and YL dolls have their certificate of authenticity.

Usage & Maintenance tips for your sex doll
A: You can cover your doll with an electric blanket before intercourse. Silicone dolls have heat retention properties and therefore don’t lose their temperature quickly. An alternative is to give your love doll a hot bath for about 15 minutes.
Now most of the brands have self-heating dolls that need less than 1 hour to warm up and can keep the heat for a few hours!
A: Fixing a sex doll can be something very easy to nearly impossible.
TPE or Silicone repair kits work best to fix clean cuts. If the doll has a clean-cut, or something punctured her, they can become handy.
If some material is missing, a hole or huge piece missing it will be more complicated. It is possible to use the TPE repair kit to fill small holes. But is better to contact us and we can assist you in finding the best solution.
A: If the orifices are removable, remove the orifices and wash them with lukewarm water with a combination of mild detergent as well as any antibacterial soap. Otherwise, wash directly the opening with lukewarm the same way.
